Dynavision Rental And Consumption

If you occasionally rent out certain equipment as an added service for your customer then the Dynavision Rental & Consumption extension will automate your administration, billing and follow-up.

This extension has proven its worth at many beverage wholesalers that sell drinks but also occasionally rent out taps, fridges, chairs, tents and other event materials for parties.

The availability overview lets you check which rental items are in stock and which are out and about. When you make a reservation for rental items they move to a different stock & bin location so you are always in control of what happens next. For example these items can now enter your logistics flow for dispatching.

If you also sell consumption articles or consumables together with your rental items you can easily add them on the order. If during the rental period more consumables are needed you can quickly add them and bill them all together afterwards.

Upon return of the goods at the end of the rental period you easily calculate the used and not used consumables, even take into account the reimbursement for empties / reusable packaging with monetary deposits and of course the rental fees themselves.
